I have no idea what is going on with this ticket. Consider yourself lucky that you were able to get the ticket to price, I could not get a price after 2 days of effort !!!!

This might not be a site problem, but the fare for two adults one-way PBI-JFK is quoted at 38,900 TB points + $164.90. Looking at the fees, why are they charging a base fare on an award ticket?
I'm used to seeing <$20 in fees for an award ticket, so this is confusing me.
