I too had this happen on a DFW-CDG segment for March and this morning I was able to get the upgrade re-done via Twitter DM. Very easy back and forth, I told them the problem, they said they had fixed a glitch, I played dumb and asked them what they meant when they said it was a glitch to deliver the advertised benefits of my status, and they came back and said they'd re-upgraded me. Easy peasy.
