Whilst I think no fundamental re-work will be done, certainly AVOD and WiFi/Net access would be a genuine improvement for both business and leisure travellers.
The "soft" stuff, like better food, losing the naff cling film wrapped sarnies in raide the larder form something more professionally packed, and a zipper amenity kit which can actually be re-used would be a nice start. Of course the pillows and blankets have been upgraded already.

My weeks of spot-the-difference training help me discern that the main change is the Mandarin Oriental Style fan which replaced the kidney shaped dividers, the removal of all the hospital style white plastic in favour of brown and blue plastic, and a slightly more patterned fabric. Otherwise it's the same.
But it is right that the seats should be replaced/refurbed regularly - think how many people have farted a sly one into them on those night flights!!!
