HI SPN Lifer,
Thanks for the reply. I was hoping someone might have had experience working this out with a Chase or United representative or in-person at check-in.

The Receipt I get from Chase Portal shows I paid a portion of the ticket with my United Card, but the receipt from UA shows it was paid with some Chase Mastercard.
