Comments: Nothing really for upgrades. I was impressed by the pre-arrival email from the Rooms Controller that linked to a site with all the features and services of the property (https://sfobg.qrd.by/izdfcp). There's a shuttle tracker, but it only tracked one of two shuttles, which threw me off. The hotel also has two bikes available to borrow, but they're in pretty bad shape. I did a ride to Coyote Point and back.
I almost stayed there last month and the welcome email was definitely impressive.
