I know most people here fly HA from the west coast, so sharing a more rare DP of a higher charge reimbursement (albeit needing it to be manually done):
Changed airline on 1/29 to HA in Amex plat.
1/30 $265 extra comfort seat purchase (for nyc to hnl nonstop flight). As expected it did not auto reimburse.
Chatted with agent to get them to manual reimburse on 2/18. $200 Plat Reimbursement posted on 2/19.
I also had two inter island flight transactions $68 each charged on 1/30 which also did not auto reimburse. Note that it was originally for two pax but the charges were split up into two.
