Is it just me or did Jetblue's moronic IT department break the seat map for the A321? On the website it doesn't work. On the phone app, it shows some weird figure that clearly isn't correct. This has been going on for months. The A320 seat map works fine. It is beyond belief to me that a publicly traded company employs such incompetent management.
