Few hotels have outdoor pools open 24/7, so this seems like a strange complaint. Sunset is just before 7pm. It is not because of "a lack of staffing" and even a Conrad needs to have the pool closed so it can be cleaned, and worry about safety. Many guests would find the bright floodlights and noise that would accompany late evening pool time "not what a Conrad should be doing." At the Rosewood Mayakoba, for example,
the pools close at 5pm.
