The question still remains...
1) I never clicked to continue, I just closed the tab. So how do they have proof of something I didn't do? If somehow I unintentionally did click something, it should have taken to me another checkout screen and at minimum asked for confirmation to process the purchase again if not ask me to re-enter or validate my CC details. I stand by my position that processing the tickets at the new price was completely fraudulent.
2) If they had this browser screenshot or "mouse analytics" proof, why not be willing to let me see it? Sooooo shady.
3) Their own policy allows for free cancellation in 4 hours. But they waited for exactly 3 hours and 55 mins before they emailed me confirmation of the purchase. Again...the facts are completely stacked against them here.
