Does the Extra baggage benefit apply to Star Alliance Silver if my United Airline status is silver and Miles&Smiles status is just classic?

Neither TK official website nor mMy baggage allownce calculator page (photo attached ) mentions Star Alliance gold or silver:

I guess Star Alliance Silver is equal to Miles&Smiles Classic Plus ?

My flight is IST-ADA (domestic) : Ecofly airfare checkin baggage allownce is 15KG , so I can check in 25KG if I use my United Silver account for booking? If I can get this 10KG extra benefit, each checkin baggage needs to be under 23KG or 32KG ?

My next flight is ADA - BEY (one hour international flight by AnadoluJet) : EcoJET airfare does not have checkin baggage allownce, this means I can't use 10KG (silver) or 20KG (gold) extra beneift unless I purchage ExtraJET airfare so I can get 20KG + 10KG or 20KG ?
