Unable to Submit Travel Documents
I am flying later today from Ireland to the U.S. via LHR. BA will not allow me to check-in online until I have submitted pandemic-related travel documentation, which, for me as a U.S. citizen, appears limited to my name, birthdate, email, and phone. However, I have tried to submit this information several times, and in each instance, the "Submit" button simply greys out after I click, and nothing happens.
I called BA, which told me my only option was to arrive early and complete the process at the desk.
Is this a common occurrence? Perhaps unrelatedly, it took several days for me to create a BAEC account last month because, according to a phone agent, BA was updating its BAEC IT. That makes me wonder if BA IT is simply struggling.
