This is a horrible thing to say. I have a very important reason to travel to Russia regularly. I live in New Zealand and hold a dual citizenship - Russian and New Zealand ones. For the last 20 years I've been travelling to Russia every year, to see my parents. I'm their only child. They refuse to move to New Zealand since they are perfectly happy where they are. However, for the last 3 years I couldn't travel there, due to COVID restrictions and Russian-Ukrainian conflict. I've always travelled by Singapore Airlines. it is the most convenient and direct way for me (route Christchurch-Singapore-Moscow).
I hope that the flights will resume soon. In fact, I've already heard rumours among my Russian friends here in New Zealand that they definitely will. We all are waiting.
