Cap1 tech support is completely useless. They can't solve any single problem.
First problem: We added an AU card to her apple pay, they require to use mobile app to verify the card, mobile app requires login and password (we logged in), but it asks to verify with SMS, SMS never arrives.
Tech support can't verify the card in apple pay by any other mean. So can't add AU card to apple pay.
Second: can't enroll AU into PP. Just give and error that it doesn't recognize a card number. This happens for 3 weeks in a row. Cap1 tech support can't help.
Third: problems with Uber One reimbursement on Savor One card. First month it reimbursed, second it didn't. Calling tech support yielded nothing so far.
Completely useless POJ!
