From my experience werher it's a good or a bad agency the refund/change conditions will never be better than booking the same itinerary direct.
They can be good for hotels/car rentals but booking direct still has advantages. Last year I booked a non refundable/no changes allowed stay at a Westin. Had to change a a week at the last minute and called the hotel directly and they let me cancel and refunded me within two days. An OTA would have just said " sorry ".
