They responded fairly quickly to my original letter with also a letter that contained a case number. After a couple of weeks I just called the regular customer service line with that case number, and the agent said she re-routed my original letter to the correct department. The credit then appeared about 10 days later, and they also attempted to call me (but it went to voicemail); the credit does day "Vacation Rental" on my account.
