I’ve had to call to resolve fuel charges on two of my last 3 rentals. Quickly resolved, but a pain.

I just used the “Billing” number in the app # (800)537-8279

Good luck. I always keep pictures of the fuel gauge, rental agreement, and the detail pages in the app until I’m confident that the bill is correct.
