Now that AS can't shed the Virgin bit, are they permitted to utilize it as they see fit? I don't know how restrictive the licensing agreement was, but can they start a new side-business in a field Virgin Brands doesn't already operate in (especially within America)? An ice cream shop? A theme park? A website selling Virgin America memorabilia? It probably isn't worth their time, or the distraction, but [as purely hypothetical conjecture] they might as well get something out of their 8 million a year.
