Good for you. Don't let CBP find out about those other passports and you should be fine.

When I applied I listed all countries visited in prior 5 years. Some of these I entered with UK passport. So when I showed up only with Canadian passport, CBP agent was going through it and remarked about not seeing stamps/visas for the other countries so I said they were in the UK passport (which of course was not on my NEXUS file).
