My purpose in bringing this to your attention is to have you remedy this problem in the future. It is a waste of time for both the 100K traveler, and of course the Alaska Airlines Refund Employees.

hope I benefit from your efforts today on my flight to Cabo today. Only 1 FC seat available so better that the DW get the seat with miles and me and kid sit in PC
