Maybe check your current ticket number(s) against the ticket number(s) from when you first booked? The former is available on the website under upcoming trips/trip details/print trip and receipt, the latter should be in the Your Trip Confirmation email. I think that's where I'd start, though this seems like a pretty unusual situation so I don't know whether there's anything like an FT consensus best practice here.
Be aware, not all reservations have the "print trip and receipt" option. Some just have "Print trip". That does not get you anywhere to get that ticket number.
