Indeed it's nowt new. BA has been accused of being ''dirty'' ever since I joined FT. Doesn't seem to put people off flying with them though.
My perpetual hope is that the general dishevelment of BA business will divert people to different carriers, yet YoY prices keeping rises whilst quality flatlines...
