Does CX still mail membership cards these days? Or is it all electronic?
I remember in the old days they used to send a generic annual membership pack that comes with an appreciation letter along with bag tags and membership card but I don't recall receiving one since the pandemic.
The call centre told me they no longer mail it out proactively but SL, GO, and DM members can still request a free card once per membership year from the call centre
