Nope. I transferred Chase UR points to my KrisFlyer account for the SIN-NYC trip. Normally when calling SQ for available space, the agent would simply provide you SQ availability. That is very distinct from *A availability. Unfortunately, SQ doesn't make its longhaul flights readily available for *A awards which is what you were looking for with the additional segment. The screenshot I provided above (JFK-FRA-CPH) is an example of an SQ flight as a *A award (note the search tab is on "Star Alliance" and not "Singapore Airlines").
