Nope. I transferred Chase UR points to my KrisFlyer account for the SIN-NYC trip. (I identified available space, called SQ to place a hold on it, and then booked it when the points transferred, which was relatively instantaneous.) I had also identified available space via SQ for NYC-WAS with the plan of SIN-NYC-WAS on one ticket. I called and the SQ agent told me that it was not possible to do on one ticket even though SQ had available saver space for all segments. (I guess SQ metal gets you to the first point in the destination country and then anything beyond that is separate.)
