Missing Avios Team Ignoring All Requests
The service from British Airways Executive Club is frankly dreadful. The teams rarely reply to emails of any nature.
My most recent issue is with 5 AirBNB bookings via the system. They replied once to say 2 were valid (all 5 are, but that's a whole other issue). The points never got credited, and they NEVER respond. The missing Avios claim team tell you to go via a specific airbnb route, which never respond.
So what are we supposed to do?
The whole experience makes me want to switch to American Airlines flyer program.
