Got a points stay coming up at the end of the month. Want to use a Globalist Suite Upgrade but no standard suites available. Is this hotel known for playing games with their standard suites? It's something that the King is a standard suite but not the twin, for the same room!

Assuming we won't be confirmed into one, what are the odds of an upgrade to a suite at check in? We are 70 night Globalists if that makes a difference
