Well, this very interesting. The above is what displays when I try to display details for something showing in my Main view under Recent Transactions.
But once it's visible in the Transactions list in my Statements & Activity view, it does show the passenger info as other people have shown.
So Amex shows it two different ways depending on where you're looking, and we don't know where Amex looks when they're issuing the reimbursement credit, so if they're seeing the version that's shown in the Main view under Recent Transactions, they wouldn't see the TRAVELBANK part.
I don't understand why Amex displays this info so differently in two different views.
