Through Check Bags on a Separate Tickets
Currently booked OZ ICN-LAX on an AC award ticket. With my reservation plans now taking me to Osaka, I want to purchase a separate cash ticket KIX-ICN to catch the flight to LAX.

What are the chances the Asiana check in agents would be able and willing to through check my bags all the way from KiX to LAX? I will most likely purchase an economy ticket and my award ticket is in business class.
