It seems the membership has widened significantly of late so the availability is absolutely fastest finger first at 11AM on the release day and you have to have read the catalogue first to know what you want to run at, I'm finding that flights are cheaper in a lot of places including their own website compared to via the Concierge and was recently told "that's because the website is direct and we act as an agent" or some spiel which completely rubbishes the idea of the IAP
Like others here I absolutely wouldn't ever get it back so am 100% FOMO on leaving
