SWU Reversed - System Glitch
Family of 4 flying to CDG in March, SWU clears on 2/12, then this morning we are back in main cabin. Sounds like another poster had a SWU issue as well; AA says a system glitch caused us to be moved back. We are back on the waitlist, but also lost our good MCE seats in the process. Any experiences to share or advice?
