Churning HA credit cards for ~7 years, purely as an inexpensive way to generate Hilton points (and because I enjoy and have been relatively successful with the CC SUB process of application, spend, earn, transfer prn).

Four personal accounts 2016-2017 before anti-churning procedures with SUB (and spend) miles transferred to Hilton ASAP. Biz account in 2018 with SUB miles “saved” for a large transfer and again in 2021 when Hilton transfers had ended. Current balance of ~150K, occasional Opinions Take Flight survey just to have activity, are essentially “orphan” miles for me.

Any predictions as to whether or not HA will ever (re)allow Hilton transfers? Any prediction as to probability HA will merge (including FF miles) with another airline (where a combined balance would not be orphaned)? Thank you.
