Yep. Just dealt with that on my Transcon from Miami to LAX coming up Thursday (2/23). I went to check connecting times from my Gainesville to Miami leg and my PE seat had disappeared. I then had the option to pick another PE seat (only one left in the back row middle). Then the app showed no upgrades. I called AA EXP and Wayne saw that they had cleared my upgrade but the "system has been acting up". So I have a feeling it's happening to a few people. Thankfully it was an easy call and my Upgrade was confirmed and received and email with the new assignment.
