Elite recognition is not great. You have little chance of being upgraded to a suite. Breakfast was awesome during COVID when it was held in the restaurant, but now that it's in the lounge, it's merely adequate (I prefer the HR Tokyo in that regard). Evening spread has gone downhill since the changes last summer; what was once meal quality is now down to snack level, and you have to be rather desperate to make a meal out of it. Children are now forbidden from cocktail time as well.
