For a cheaper hotel, but still very convenient and nice, I really liked the Moxy Tokyo Kinshicho, During my trip in Dec/Jan I got an average rate of 14k/night and I got the titanium welcome bonus of $10 F&B so I could get breakfast/lunch in the hotel if I was feeling lazy and didn't want to leave, or snacks/drinks at night if I didn't use the credits in the morning. It's also quite close to the train station (~10 min walk at most) and there's a 7-11 across the street. The area is not the *best* with a ton of girls clubs nearby but it's ok if you don't mind that.
