I have gotten this the last couple of rentals. In FLL three weeks ago, I tried it. I am PC and reservation said Gold Canopy. I made it through all the way to the point of selecting a car upon arrival. It asks to scan the QR code. I could not get that to work... each time it timed out saying unable to complete, then went back to choose a vehicle prompt.

I just got in and drove to the exit gate where they checked me out as usual. However, for the entire rental, the app did not display my rental. It stayed on the "Select Car" screen any time I clicked on current rental or brought up the reservation. I was taking it one way to a HLE location a few hours north so had a little worry. On vehicle drop off, there was nobody to actually check it in and give me a receipt because, according to the other attendant there, the person with the computer was out test driving cars for other customers. (There were two people there both complaining loudly about some or other wrong with the cars they had rented.) I never did get a receipt even over email, but was able to pull one off the website about three days later.
