This is a no brainer if you are going to upgrade to F. AA does not offer F service on its ORD-FRA flight as it is operated by a 767-300. The DFW-FRA does offer First Class, so that is the best (only) choice if you want to upgrade.

If you do not upgrade, I would go with the ORD flight. The service in J on the 767 is better than that offered on the 777 with better food and a DVD player instead of the crappy cycled movies AA offers on the 777. The 767 seats are a little narrower, but they are fine for me and I am not a bean poll.

Avoid the double connection, it is not worth it and transfering at LHR is a pain.

To sum, if you upgrade, go with DFW. If you don't, go with ORD.
