Stayed here last night.
Nice refurbished rooms. Plenty of power sockets.
Upgraded to a deluxe king.
Nice bathroom with overhead shower.
They offer a £30 per person, 3 course dinner via the upgrade option on the app. However the hotel wasn't aware of what this was. They showed me the inclusive menu for half board residents - but having compared prices you would be pushed to save any money. Assuming it is the same menu - nobody had heard of the offer.
Nice cookie and very pleasant staff.
I read a review from a previous Diamond guest who complained about no upgrade at E-check-in. I was promptly given one even though I booked late - no issues there. The managers reply to that guest was he would have given him the junior suite as a Diamond.
The Junior suite was available on the app - but when I asked at reception they said it wasn't available. However I could have booked it still. I have seen this before - but never sure if I am being told facts or not.
No complaints about the room.
Parking is free, but you need to register your number plate.
Breakfast was decent.
No complaints there - although the coffee wasn't to my taste. But a minor gripe.
Would I return - yes.
