W/o luggage - I would take Keikyu line from International terminal to Kanazawa Bunko, all the way to Yokohama station, then change to Minato Mirai line. Get off at either Nihon Odori or Motomachi Chukagai (the terminus). The hotel is in between those 2 stations - I think Nihon Odori is closer - but not by a lot. That's just generic though since I don't know your arrival time.

Use the Navitime route tool or Jorudan app. I bought a 3 month subs to Jorudan app for our month long visit. It does not cost too much and it's super helpful.

The itinerary above - I assume noon start time from the airport. The train leaves at 1213pm, and will get you to Nihon Odori at 104pm - 51 min trip including transfer.
