It is absolutely no problem, as long as your first name appears somewhere in the given name space.
So many countries have different convention that airlines have to be flexible.
The only problem that I could possibly foresee is crediting miles to your FFP. SOme check the exact match with the info in the FFP number. My wife has two given name, but only the first name on her BAEC account. Once, I mistakenly entered her second given name instead of the first one and the flights did not credit. Lot of hassle.
