Instant Upgrades
Looking to buy a one way IAD-LHR ticket. UA Gold Elite with Infinite Club card. I know CPU is not available for Europe flights. If I were to purchase an Economy B ticket, am I still placed on an Instant upgrade list for Premium Economy or Polaris or do I have to purchase a MPU or mile based upgrade myself? Still trying to figure out how these upgrades work.
