She applied an RUC within a minute (unusually fast) and the "Upgrade Waitlisted" now appears on my reservation.

Does waitlisting not work with self-service for Delta One domestic flights?

Edit: By the way, in both cases Delta sent me messages/emails after booking saying that I had successfully applied the RUC to the reservation, though it never showed up.
I used the "self-service click box" to waitlist an RUC for a Delta One domestic flight, and I did get an email that confirmed the waitlisting. I don't see anything on the reservation that indicates that I have a waitlisted upgrade, though. Is that supposed to show up somewhere? Where do I look for it?
