The Sky Magazine has real route maps with actual lines connecting the dots.
But from PHX, you can pretty much connect to any domestic city in the Delta network (180+ cities). You can also connect to most of DL's major European cities and South American cities. A few European cities would require a double connect since they are offered only via JFK and there is no JFK-PHX on DL.
