So what about this:

I am Mr. Big Shot who wants to bring my wife on a booked transatlantic C-class trip in 2003 for 2004 in order to make her an instant FO (SLC-PRG=28,000 MQM's). Ticket bought, but wait .... now as of Dec. 2004 that trip is now only giving 18,500 MQM´s.

Where is my recourse?
