I got a 15-digit eCoupon with 3 -years expiry date, 4-digit pin number due to Air Canada's fault.
I used this $300 eCoupon to pay part of my International Economy Flex cash ticket, others by credit card.
I need to cancel this ticket, would I get a new $300 eCoupon with new 15- digit Coupon number and new 4-digit pin number? Or would I lose the whole $300 eCoupon?
