The FS is actually quite a walk from the station if you want to go to the airport. Even though the FS technically sits on top of the station, if you have been to HK you know how big the stations can be.
Nu? You can walk inside the IFC (2nd floor, by the Robuchon cafe), or you can go outside on the hypothenuse, off the parking lot rotary. The "long" walk is probably 400 meters, the "short" walk no more than 300. About the same distance where the TST Tsuen Wan line drops you off and Exit E, the nearest to the Pen. And at the FS, you don't have to deal with the crowds.
The Island Line/Tsuen Wan Line Central Station, that is more of a hike, 10 minutes at least.

As a matter of fact, I believe the FS is the Hong Kong luxury hotel closest to an AE station. The RC in Kowloon is a major hike from the AE station (much farther than the walk from the FS). The W is tricky to get to, and I'm pretty sure a longer walk than the FS. Everything else involves taxis or buses (Pen, Rosewood, St. Regis) or long walks (MO and LMO).
