European hotels have strict maximum occupancy rules and most standard rooms (those available with points normally) don't have room for rollaways.
In practice, all that really matters is the age of the child. If young enough to share your bed, then you should just book for two adults. If the child is older and requires his/her own bed, you are stuck looking for rooms that officially allow three guests and/or suites.
