If you are indeed connecting through different terminals on the same ticket, then your itinerary will no longer meet Minimum Connecting Times for Heathrow and the booking airline will have to change one flight or the other.

If these are separate tickets, then you should have never booked it that way and will definitely miss your connection and will have to make your own alternative arrangements.
