The simple answer is no, there is not.
The only way to purchase these is on the Aer Lingus website with cash.
It is also technically not business class, it's AerSpace, which is an economy plus product. On the Airbus A320s, it's just the four seats in the front row that constitute AerSpace. Of course, as you point out, on the A321neo LR, it is the lie-flat business class seats.
Even if you book an Economy redemption with Avios on Aer Lingus, you will not have access to the AerSpace seats.
So there's your answer!
