Yes, if HBO, no checked luggage arriving in LHR, and it's not too late at night then you can just go via Flight Connections on the airside bus to T4, clear immigration (not customs) at T4, go up to departure level and bridge to the hotels. In the reverse direction you can't go airside, but the TfL buses works fine.
If your bags are through checked to the final destination then you can also do this.
