Jamaican jerk chicken as vanillabean described above; quite satisfactory

dessert was the eminently preferable Salt & Straw salted caramel swirl ice cream (I do *NOT* like chocolate chips, esp in cookies; sue me )

I have a serious bone to pick with whoever decided a composed salad with “sweetie-drop”(?) peppers and pomegranate seeds and shaved parmesan and walnut halves should come with a creamy cilantro dressing, especially when the flavor profile of the entree isn’t remotely close to going with cilantro (yes, I said the same thing wrt the grain bowl on this flight a couple weeks ago, and would have said the same had I opted for the pasta last night)
